The agent will be going to connect with you through Facebook messenger before you’ll start screen-sharing. During the screen-sharing period, while the agent will do the modification over your system, do not lose the connection in Facebook messenger (you can open it on your phone). So that if there will be any query occurred, you can ask them via your phone Facebook Messenger. Please say Hi, in the message section of Amfasys official page, https://www.facebook.com/amfasys/ . Your agent will join you through the same conversation at the scheduled date and time.
Use only text media via Facebook Messenger in order to communicate with the agent, which is only considerable for future reference purpose.
Make sure your Facebook Business Manager, Ad Manager and Payment method are all set before the screen-sharing process.
